Report a Scam

Help protect others by reporting fraudulent activity. Your information is reviewed by our editorial team and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

If you just sent money, stop and call your bank first — use the number printed on your card, not one a scammer gave you. Then come back to file this report. See Get Help for the first-24-hour checklist.

What happens to your report: Our editors review submissions within 24–48 hours. Verified patterns may be published as anonymized scam alerts to warn others. Your name, email, and phone are never published.

  • Anonymous submissions accepted — leave your name blank or use initials; we can still publish an alert.
  • Your data: stored securely, used only for review and follow-up, and handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • We are not law enforcement. For official action, also file with the FTC and FBI IC3.
  • No fees, ever. Anyone asking you to pay to "recover" lost money is running a recovery-room scam.

Submit your scam report

Provide as much detail as possible — screenshots, sender email, phone numbers, URLs, wallet addresses, and amounts all help. Reports are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.
